CONSTANT MASSIVE premium increases!!!

<p>I am a LOYAL Discovery Client (actually I've got every product you offer!!!) and for the last TWO years my insurnace premiums have gone up by HUGE amounts!</p> <p> In 2015 my premium went up from R1597 to R2000 (20% increase!), after which I enquired, and I was told that due to our recent claims (of which 3 were "acts of God" and one was an accident caused by another vehicle), that this was the reason for our premiums increasing. WHICH IN ITSELF ISN'T FAIR. SHOULD I SUE GOD OR THE PERSON WAS CRASHED INTO ME for the fact that my premiums are increasing?</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my premiums have increased again by 17% overall <strong>(but 22% for my wife's car!!!)</strong> and we've had <strong>NO claims in the last 12 months.</strong> And the ridiculous response this time was "Please note Risk Management has relooked at your total monthly premium cost, after an evaluation of your risk profile or portfolio at this stage we cannot allocate premium a discount onto your plan."</p> <p> </p> <p>So is this the Discovery Insure Policy: <strong>When I do claim (even when it's completely out of my control)</strong> my premiums go up, <strong>when I don't</strong> claim my premiums go up...???</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve this or I would have no other choice but to look for insurance cover and possibly just move my entire product portfolio to another service provider!</p> <p> </p>
