Consistent feedback

My claim consultant, Dionne Stevens, was super. She kept me informed every step of the (really long) way. My claim took unexpectedly long. But I'm lead to believe that this was because the assessor assigned to my case was on leave. I think there should be procedures in place to prevent delays of this kind. When he did speak to me he was professional and kind. Overall, I'm happy with the company and their service. I would recommend them.
