Consistantly Hard working and pleasant

I had an Issue with my tracker provider, affiliated with discovery insure. I contacted my Insurer a few months ago,the consultant, (Nizaam Fritz ) then contacted the relevant department to assist with my query when he could have easily just passed me onto the relevant person and left me in their hands. Instead,Nizaam, for weeks on end, continued to contact every employee in the specific department, practically begging them to do their jobs which was to respond to my query. I was kept in copy of all email communication between Nizaam and the relevant employees , his efforts were consistant even when he himself, did not receive any feedback. He didn't give u, instead, upon each failed attempt, he just continued exploring alternative avenue, in efforts to help me which I highly doubt, forms part of his work description. From my experience, it isn't often that we come across employees who are willing to at least, fulfil their job descriptions, let alone, step up and try and do the job of their co-workers &amp
