Confused and NOT impressed!
I've been with Discovery Insure for about 4 years I think. Moved over to them from another insurer. What I fail to understand is, why with a record like mine (no claim, EVER) and working from home now and having been with Discovery Insure for this period of time, WHY would my premium increase by 15% ??? Does it not make sense to have it the other way around?
