Confufused with car insurance

I am contemplating to switch my car from MiWay to the new kid on the block, Discovery Car Insure. But I have goosebumps mainly with this new insurance. MiWay is expensive and have accused me being in an accident and claiming many times. I once had PMD Insurance and got a raw deal and I don't want to see them. Quote from the Discovery us under R1400 and Miway is R1700. Which way must I take...it is a vicious circle?
