confirming arrogance

It would appear that the agents and Team Leaders at Discovery deem themselves superior to their clients especially a lady called Tshikalanga Maureen Siobo. Despite numerous emails and calls i am treated with contempt as if i do not exist!!!!!! the last posting on this platform was met with a response that 23 March 2023 which reads that they will respond. i even mail a colleague of Maureen - ***> and this to mails too was just ignored. it is this attitude that solicit strong criticism confirming arrogance , entitlement mentality, *********** and utterly not worthy of the position they hold. is it that difficult to respond to an email or return a call?
