Confirmation of insurance

I purchased a car yesterday and needed a confirmation of insurance. I struggled with the app and had to call the callcentre. Ms Bonolo Matjeke assisted me. She was professional and my problem was sorted. Bonolo even remembered my surname, now that's 5* customer service.
