Confirmation, Follow up, Great Service
Kelebogile phoned to confirm that I had agreed to having this policy, confirmed my details, and made sure I understood the policy and benefits. She went on to explain other benefits further, and even booked a DQ Track appointment for me.<br> Her attitude was just great - she's not one of those people you wish would just finish talking and end the call..
