con artist Insurance

I don’t even want to give a star on this claim. I find discovery insurance very devious when you a member of the medical aid and vitality they offer you the world but the time you claim it is like pulling a tooth that does not want to be removed. On the 6th April 2016 my wife had a blackout and accident at home discovery insurance rather want to doe investigations instead of repairs. My property has been open to ******** element and they really don’t care they rather send investigators to have a look at ways not to pay, My neighbors had to repair his property and is currently repairing his vehicle due my wife accidentally blacking out and damaging they vehicle and property. I am rather being asked for roadworthy Certification and hospital reports as if the doctors and emergency service was in the Vehicle with my wife and kids who could have died. Please I plea to anyone who wants this service of access free nonsense don’t do it you will find yourself in my situation. I am really consulting and attorney to rather handle this matter cause this is a fist and last will move my company from Discovery Medical and insure that my business of 300 does not use your insurance ever as long as I am the owner. Below is my response to the lady that has help however the company she works for is sneaky

Thank you for your response. I would like to thank you as an agent for Discovery for your prompt response to my request, I am really not impressed with the way the Discovery Insurance conducts claims and feel that I am at a heavy security risk first and foremost based on below.

1) If I had to leave my neighbors property open with elements of crime ready to strike that would have been my fault as we had the accident from my house. 2) I have never had this type of service nor a dissection of any claim done like this ever in my life as this seems like Discovery insurance is looking for a reason not to pay an accident that my wife has had? 3) I am out of country and I am unable to get the certification which should not even be a problem as certification was only required in order for us to change ownership of the vehicle and my family feels unsecured as my property is open to ***** and seems discovery insurance does not have a care weather my family is safe or not which is fine. 4) Lastly please note that I revoke my authorization of the consent form and would rather get my attorneys to deal with Discovery Insurance as stated above it seems that Discovery insurance has no intent of committing to our claim. 5) I have been patient and bearing since the time of my wife’s accident but I am at the point where is seems my insurance which I pay on a monthly a heavy amount does not want to assist when there is a need. I will be posting on hello Peter for the purpose of reporting and taking this up with the Ombudsman. I cannot leave my family exposed due to the insurance company looking for an excuse, please bear in min this in mot directed to you but the company you represent .

Please once again don’t utilize the consent sent as I see no help from your company let me rather consult my attorney and they will be in contact with discovery. As a person and I respect what you doing but as a company you are working for it is disrespectful what I am being put through and being told if I pay for my neighbors damage that my insurance will not reimburse me. I seriously find this discourteous after having gone through trauma and all this interrogation. I will also be canceling my discovery Insurance, medical and Vitality as a result of this service and will share my experience with my company, team, family and friend so we/they can look for alternative Insurance & medical aid.
