Compliments to Elleweng Ndlela at Discovery Insure.

Just want to say thank you to Elleweng Ndlela at Discovery who assisted me on 11 June during our telecom, when I called Discovery regarding an inquiry. I had found that many consultants whom I'd spoken to over the past two months, regarding the same query, all of whom had promised to call me back, FAILED to honor their word in doing so.. Jolan Govender whom I spoke to on 13 May at 10:49 promised to revert to me, but did not. Same with MUKOVHE LIGEGE whom I spoke to on 21 May at 08:53. Elleweng proved to be different... The one who DID indeed keep his word to resolve my query the same day, thereby restoring my floundering hope in humanity. I've been assisted once before (a year ago) by Elleweng.. Again, when nobody else seemed concerned enough to escalate my query. Therefore, it is only just that this individual receives recognition for his efforts and due praise is granted to him. People like Elleweng who DO care to honor their word and care enough to show interest in ACTUALLY doing their jobs, make an enormous difference and deserve to be shown appreciation for doing so... Especially in our country, where service delivery sucks and poor service delivery seems to be the norm. Thank you Elleweng! Continue to be a man of your world. The world needs people like you.
