Compliments to an amazing agent at Discovery call center

Had the most enjoyable call center experience and interaction today with Ms Annelize Anthony. Her pleasant demeanor, calmness and proactive approach to managing my queries regarding the status of my claims for the recent flood damage after numerous unanswered e-mails. Although I called in as an irate customer, her manner - which was professional and understanding - totally disarmed me. She demonstrated empathy and knowledge, resolving some queries and advising how the outstanding issues will be resolved. She is a outstanding ambassador for Discovery and a role-model for call center agents. I do hope that her efforts are recognized by her leadership and that her example is followed by colleagues.
