What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this young lady today. It inspires me no end to see the caliber of person that Discovery Insure has on their team. She was so polite, professional and compassionate as to my situation. She spoke clearly, checked all the time that I understood what she was saying and also had a lovely sense of humour. Thank you Zimkita for your time and I can only hope that you stay with Discovery for a long long time. I strongly suggested to your manager that she have your salary doubled!
