Compliment to Discovery Insure

On a wet and cold Monday morning, my vehicle broke down just before 7am in the middle of the school run. I contacted Discovery Insure, and my call was answered by Zunaid Joseph. After taking down my details, confirming I was who I said I was, he asked if I was in a safe area and if I was alone and needed backup, which I really appreciated. I fortunately broke down in a semi-residential area, so felt relatively safe. With 3 children in the car and now running late for school and work, a flatbed was dispatched to my location, and within 45mins, my car was loaded and we were all on our way. Zunaid said that he would follow up to make sure that the tow truck did arrive and I was pleasantly surprised that he did just that. About 45mins after my vehicle was towed away, he called me again to let me know that my vehicle had been safely delivered to the workshop that I had asked it to be sent to. Zunaid was calm and professional at all times, and followed up when he said he would. Really fantastic service from him - thank-you Discovery Insure.
