Compliment on great service.

I'd like to compliment employee Fundiswa Loza from the Retentions department on the wonderful support she's provided.

I've decide to cancel my vehicle insurance with Discovery as my premium is a bit too high considering I am no longer driving the car as often. Fundiswa has gone the extra mile by providing with an alternative whilst ensuring she has my best interest at heart. She's offered me with a solution I never knew I needed. Give this lady a raise, she does her job better than most (if not all) of the people I've dealt with in Customer service.
