I received the most phenomenal service from Lynette Mamdoo at Discovery Insure. It was a simple windscreen claim that I needed to be processed, but she was so patient, helpful and understanding in getting the claim through and authorised. What impressed me the most was not necessarily what was said - but how it was said and how she was willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had.
