Compliment in respect of excellent service given

I would like to complement Ntokozo (Nito) Radebe for the excellent service he gave me while I interacted with him telephonically at Discovery Insure. Ntokozo showed great patience and assisted me throughout, our conversation lasted for almost an hour and I had called just before 17h00 which was his knock off time. He explained in full detail every aspect of the product I was calling in respect of and showed great enthusiasm and great knowledge of the products he works with. He even went a step further and explained other products with extra benefits which I gladly took advantage of.<br> <br> Great job Ntoko keep it up!
