Compliment: Duduzile Leope

I called in to cancel my vehicle insurance as I had found a more cost effective option. I dealt with Duduzile Leope from the retention's department and his service was excellent. Even though his company was losing a client, Duduzile was extremely professional and did his best to retain my business by ensuring that I was being offered the same by the new insurer as I was by Discovery. He was also able to offer me a better quote but it still did not match the quote from the other insurer. What I really appreciated about Duduzile was that once we had discussed everything he accepted my reason for changing and did not keep me on the line unnecessarily trying to change my mind.
