I called and needed assistance with my clients reviewed pricing on renewal and updated policy schedule. He was so helpful and he went an extra mile as it was his lunch time. He knows his product cause he had to check some policy that had high claim ratio and give the breakdown. <br> <br> That was an excellent service indeed.
