Received a call from discovery insure letting me know that they have assigned a 'broker', who would be handling my portfolio and dealing with me personally and I don't have to phone the call centre from now on, not that I ever had any bad experience with the call centre. The call was informative and Denisha was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Discovery Insure for the great service.
