Complete lack of sensitivity and service!

My home was broken in to on the 19th Feband i subsequently submitted a claim to discovery insure for the items that were ******. After sending in all the documentation they required there were some discrepancies in the cover for some of the items on the list. I have queried this, sent multiple emails and am currently sitting on the phone again on hold now for 20 minutes so far. Not a single person responds to my emails, the person dealing with my claim has gone on maternity leave and the person left to pick up the slack is nowhere to be found. Its been over a month already and this claim can still not be finalised, how can this be the level of service being provided, your premiums are not equivalent to the hoops a person has to jump through after already going through this traumatic experice. Oh and surprise surprise the call has just been dropped! oh in addition they ask you to key in your entire life history when you call in and then when you finally get through to someone they ask you for all the info all over again! Pathetic!
