Complete disinterest in customer service

I have been a loyal, and very happy, Discovery Insure client until recently. On 5 December 2016 I sent Discovery Insure an email requesting several changes to my policy, and also quering several amounts included in my monthly premium which seem to have climbed excessively in recent years. After several follow up calls and emails I have received an incomplete and inaccurate updated quote to my policy schedule.

In my last email to Discovery Insure on 6 January 2017, I stated that, "I hereby wish to place on record that if this is not rectified immediately and accurately, I will be escalating this further and putting my short-term insurance out to other service providers in the market to quote on." Other than an automated email response providing a reference no. ( ********** 547) and assuring me that my query will be handled by one of Discovery Insure's dedicted agents, I have received no response at all.

It is very unfortunate to see how Discovery Insure's level of service delivery has capitulated. I have requested comparable quotes from other service providers, but would still welcome a discussion about this with Discovery Insure - assuming of course that my business is still important to them at all.

Sincerely.

Brian
