Complement for outstanding service: Mr Daniel Gonsalves

I am a client at Discovery Insure, where both my motor vehicle and buildings insurance are held. I just want to give a complement to a gentleman by the name of Mr Daniel Gonsalves from the retentions department at Discovery. After a string of bad service encounters by various agents within the company this morning I had one of the best conversations and discussions pertaining to my policy. This gentleman showed an in depth understanding of my issues with my policy and gave his best advice to my situation. I just with to say I appreciate this gentleman and I appreciate he's determination to assist clients to the best of his abilities.
