Complait(claim ***)

I complained about Riccis towing company on the 24th of October, the owner charged me R1400 for towing my car from glenharvie to Westonaria and he refused to give me an invoice, so when I called on the 24th I was told he said the car was taken to randburg. I am not happy about this Riccis towing, and how did Discovery accredit this company to work with their customers. The company has got a bad reputation in Westonaria and that clearly show discovery did not do their research about the companies they are doing business with. We pay you every month not get this!!some insurance companies no longer work with him because he is a *********
