Good evening.

I hereby write to you seeking for your help in this matter. I lodged a liability claim to Discovery on December last year.

I submitted all the documents they required and the car has been to the assessor but they haven't make means to fix my car yet. I have been liaising with them but now I ran out of patience.

The claim number is # ***. Please help me with this matter as soon as possible.
