Complaints

I have submitted a claim for my wedding and engagement ring. I lost it due to unforseen events. I have given all the relevant information and documents that was requested. Today i received a call that they want to conduct a interview. I have been extremely emotional as my rings is sentimental from my late mother in law. I have spoken to discovery and emails was sent. I spoke to my husband about this and he called discovery to enquir on this interview. I gave him consent to speak to the consultant as i have been a emotional wreck. Till now no one called back as promised by discovery. This is truly upsetting as we have been loyal clients and to be treated in this way is unfounded. I hope to get a answer as we are being sent from pillar to post.
