I was so disappointed with my claim on my Iphone 6S. I launched a complain regarding the claim.

Theo Mokhine called me regarding my complaint @ 14:30 and promised to look into the matter and get back to me.

He called me back @ 15:21 with the news that I will be paid in full to replace my iPhone 6S with an iPhone SE which is more pricey.

I am very greatful for the fast and efficient service i got From Theo Mokhine.
