Complaint on Claim

I was involved in an accident about a week ago and made a claim from discover insurance. I went to the pre assessment of the vehicle where they took pictures and promised to get back to me after 2-3 working days.<br> I called them after 2 working days to find out how far they are with my claim and I was told that the person handling my case would get back to me and nothing. I called them again on the 3rd day and the guy still has not gotten back to me. <br> This evening I got an email from him wanting information about my 3 yrs of insurance, which I provided them with initially when they were quoting me.<br> Its really ironic that when I claim they take forever processing my claim but every single month they deduct money out of my account Without hesitation. <br> I literally regret leaving Alexander Forbes.<br> This is nonsense. I honestly feel like they are unnecessarily stalling!!!
