COMPLAINT DISCOVERY INSURE SERVICES NON-EXISTENT

Actually, they don't deserve even 1 star - they are useless!!! I've battled to get quotes on my existing policy for 2 additional vehicles and to move over to the purple plan - still waiting for the quotes - phoned in again - EVERY TIME ON MY EXPENSE - DISCOVERY DONT PHONE BACK even after leaving messages for the Insure Customer services Mr Nevershin ... They don't give a damn!! Now I receive a notification the vehicle was added and they will debit my account. HUH, I've given NO instruction to add the vehicles. Secondly when I phone in - it takes me at least 40 minutes to get an answer and while talking I can hear them chatting and laughing in the background. Very unprofessional.
