COMPLAINT!
I'm tired of repeating myself. Please can a Manager from the complaints department call me. Preferably Prince's Manager. Prince wasted my time and frustrated me even more, because he didn't handle the complaint, he didn't even understand it. He said he would listen to yesterday's call which he didn't do and called me with irrelevant feedback.
