Complaint.

Dealing with Nonkululeko Kolanisi , Legal Liabilities Advisor from Discovery Insure, I got the feeling that this insurance company recognizes its incumbent for the number of claims declined. In fact they seem to go on and make sure that if they have to pay you, they pay the minimum amount possible. All her emails to me start with "Without Prejudice". Get it from me, don't be fooled. It is at your prejudice. Even worse when you are a third party claimer. She told me straight that there is no way Discovery Insure can pay me 100%.

Their client admitted to changing the lane without indicating and without checking his blind spot but she continued saying according to their assessments I should have realised that their client is changing lanes and because i didn't I am also at fault. She says I should have avoided this accident. The assessment says the damage will cost me R43k and Discovery Insure is offering me R7k.

What is confusing is that the person who is at fault and admit his mistake gets sorted 100% but because I am the third party I get nothing because I am told I should have seen a reckless driver who was driving like a maniac.

What a joke. These people have no hearts. At all.

She tells you straight to take it further if you are not satisfied with their offer. You can just see that she doesn't care. She's got a target she working towards to. Funny how they convince people to join this Insurance and how strict they are with debit order collection.

Nonkululeko Kolanisi and your Discovery Insure, you guys are pathetic and I feel sorry for your clients and your future clients. They don't know what's coming.
