Complaint about DFCR Cradlestone

In 2019, I was contacted by the personal assistance of Stephan Spruyt (DFC Greater Gauteng) on numerous occasions, requesting an opportunity to quote for insurance. I finally sent them my insurance schedule, and didn't hear back from them. Finally, after a month, I had to contact them where they conceded they could not match my premiums.

For the next 12 months, I was harassed by Discovery requesting for consultants to meet with me. At a minimum, I was being phoned at least once per day. After every phonecall, I requested to not be contacted again.

In July 2020, I was contacted by Sheradene La Cante, Personal Assistant at DFCR - Cradlestone. When I relayed my bad experience with Discovery (I have not mentioned the occasion that a Discovery Financial Consultant **** to me), she indicated that there had been a number of complaints about the previous consultant I had engaged with, and that they had taken over a number of the files promising substantially better service. I forwarded my insurance schedule, and did not hear anything back. I sent a reminder in August, where I was promised a response. I have not heard anything back.
