Competent, Efficient, Caring and friendly

<p>About 3 weeks ago I had the unfortunate situation where my outboard moror was stollen from my boat. some accessories were also taken.</p> <p>I moved over to Discovery insure about 4 months ago. I was so worried and afraid to claim. My claim was a substantial amount. From the time I called the claims dept, right through the whole process, when I finally received the claim amount in my account, I was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy with regards to my situation. I was constantly informed by Jose where the claim is and whats next. The assessor called to make appointment and not once did I feel uncomfortable. </p> <p> </p> <p>One again, Jose would inform me where the claim is at and what we waiting for next.</p> <p> </p> <p>Like I said, I have only been with Discovery insure for 4 months and had to claim for misfortune I had.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery is commited to all their cleint and paid out my claim in full. And because it was a theft claim.... there were no exces.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now know why my wife and I have all our short term, life cover, investments and Medical aid cover with Discovery.</p> <p>Not did they beat my previous insurer's premium but gave me more benefits for less rands.</p> <p>From my whole heart, thank you for taking away the disappointment off loosing something.</p> <p>But most off all, thank you for being what you advertise you are.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Robin Brunyee</p>
