Competency and Proffessionalism

we were involved in an accident and our car was taken on the 27 May 2025 and the communication between the claims administrator and my broker was only when I called.

today i got a call from Durban south panel beaters stating that my car was written off, so i called my broker who confirmed that and told me Discovery will get back to me in 30 minutes but give them 60minutes, which i did.

No response so I called Claims, what a wonderful experience it was especially in current times wher service delivery is on the floor.

She was very proffessional and deligently guided me through and said the car is not written off. She conference called Durban South PB and they goty the information from Dalton the assesser.

So this kind lady Annelize Anthony called Dalton and confirmed the write off. Dalton was writing the report when she called.
