Compassion: key success factor for Discovey Insure short-term insurance

I have been a client of Discovery Insure since 2015. Since joining Discovery Insure my claims have been resolved speedily, with efficiency and compassion. Being able to personally track the status of the claim on the app makes the process hastle free and empowering. During my most recent claim I dealt with Toko Morakile who not only re**** on me tracking the status on the app but made it a point that I was informed: he called me, emailed me, and left a voicemail almost daily until the claim was settled. Discovery Insure's rewards program is one of the best tools to encouraging good driving behavior as opposed to normal punitive enforcement.
