Company asset

I phoned the discovery call centre to request an amendment to my policy. Dudu was friendly , very helpful and efficient in assisting me. She then informed she had to send through my request to underwritting and contact me when she receives feedback. She did exactly that and phoned me at around 6pm in the evening. She is definately an asset who values the company values and principles of customer care.
