Commendable Service - Well done

I would like to commend Natasja Badenhorst from Claims -Sandton branch. She contacted me and explained everything that I need to do. Sent me the document I needed to fill in and a reminder each day. As soon as I submitted my information she confirmed receipt and within less than 24 hours my claim was approved. This was a traumatic event but made so much easier because of Natasja's kind and helpful nature. I truly appreciate it.
