Commendable Service

On Thursday, I contacted Mothusi Onassis Maselathe from Discovery Insure regarding my burst geyser. The prompt service I received from this pleasant, polite and caring gentleman was impressive. Not only did he contact a service provider within minutes, he followed up with a telephone call to inform me of the name of the service provider. Approximately 30 minutes thereafter, he telephoned me again to ascertain whether the fault on my geyser had been assessed. I was truly delighted with the manner in which he attended to my query and his warm, affable approach to my query. His service was commendable!
