COLD CALLED TO OFFER ME INSURANCE YET I AM A LONG TIME CLIENT OF DISCOVERY ALREADY!!!

I received a call this week trying to sell me Discovery Insurance yet embarrassingly I have been a client of Discovery, together with my insurance portfolio, for years. It is very sad to know as a long term customer I am on a "list" of cold calling batch of potential customers/leads. The CS individual asked me when last I spoke to my broker, I responded just yesterday in fact to change my address details on my policy. When questioned I was told a manager would be in contact with me in the next 30 minutes........ 3 days on I am still waiting. Customer Service/ lack thereof can truly make you start shopping for a new provider after years of exceptional service.
