Coil and ECU damages at appointed repairer

Car was booked into a Discovery appointed Panel beater(Eden coach works) after the accident. While car was at the panel beater the ECU and coils were damaged. Discovery unwilling to take responsibility because according to them it's a mechanical fault, that coincidentally happened when the car was at the panel beater.
