closing my late Dads policy

I contacted Discovery insure on the 20 Feb 2015 to cancel his policy as I wanted to insure the vehicle on my policy as my Dads account will be frozen soon.<br> <br> After no action being taken by today 16/03/2015, I had to call discovery insure for an explanation why the insurance had not been cancelled and a premium for March had been taken of my dads account. <br> <br> Shamanie was professional, straight to the point and dealt with all my requests promptly.<br> <br> I hope the other consult that I 1st dealt with. Had followed through with my request in the 1st place. Nevertheless, I was happy after speaking to Shamanie and the manner in which she dealt with the situation. <br> <br> Thanks Shamanie
