I would like to take a moment to sincerely compliment Clinton Shabalala for his outstanding assistance and professionalism.

After facing multiple delays and challenges in trying to cancel a deceased client's Insure policy, Clinton stepped in and handled the matter with urgency, efficiency, and great care. He managed to finalise the cancellation where others had struggled, and his follow-through was exceptional.

His support not only helped us resolve the issue but also reflected positively on the Discovery brand, especially during a sensitive time for the family.
