Client - What Client?
I'm now waiting for more than 5 weeks for a vehicle to be repaired. Discovery and their assigned representative Ms Matilda Ntshingila conveniently believes that they only have to deal with the repairer of the car. They don't engage me and neither do they want to engage me as the Client. In the mean-time I'm backwards and forwards between parties and nobody can provide answers to questions that I pose. Pathetic!!!
