Client Servicing department

I've struggled for almost a month with Discovery Insure just to add a new policy and update an existing one, as there was every time a technical issue.

After almost giving up...this was week number 4, and I decided to give it my last try, I contacted Discovery and my agent was Samuel Mlangeni from the Client Servicing department, he picked up the issue and contact IT directly and they fixed my issue.

Thank you Samuel Mlangeni, you should deserve a raise for fixing the issue that 3 other agents could not do

The rating goes to my overall experience for the last few weeks that I struggled. I would give a 5 star for the excellent service from Samuel Mlangeni
