Client service sucks!!!

On Wednesday 27 July I did my Tiger Wheel and Tyre check, which Discovery insists on. The assistant at the store logged the test on my profile. The next day, Thursday 28 July I received an e-mail from Discovery stating that the test had been done. I did not check my profile, trusting that they had loaded the points for the test, since I had received confirmation that the test was done.. On Tuesday 16 August I checked my profile and realised that the points had not been loaded. I sent them an e-mail asking them to rectify the situation, especially since it influenced my cashback. I checked my profile again on Friday 26 August. The points had still not been loaded. so I sent them another e-mail asking them to correct it. On Tuesday 30 August I checked my profile again, and sent a third e-mail asking them to correct the situation. Today 31 August, after 3 e-mails my profile has still not been updated and my cashback has still not been corrected. Why does Discovery insist that I do this test every year if they do not plan on awarding me the points for doing so?! This extremely poor client service (or absolute lack thereof) is the reason why I am getting quotes from other insurers and planning change insurance companies very soon.

Thank you for our comment and apologise for the delayed or lack or service experienced.
We confirm that you full Vehicle safety point are now allocated. We initially only allocated 50 point was because of the failed battery check and service history not provided. On receipt (your email dated 29/07/2019) of the service history and proof that the battery replacement (actioned on 01/08/2019), we omitted to allocate the service point from July and only from 01/08/2016.
Your cashback rewards amount has been adjusted accordingly and will be included in the next payment cycle.
