Moloko was so pleasant and user friendly who knew her job on her fingertips. No lengthy wait time to be put on hold. questions raised with answers delivered. Just an amazing soul over the telephone with prompt efficiency and handling of calls. Staff employed with this calibre are a blessing to customers. Knowledgable and quick to action your request. I pray that Moloko is given some recognition within Discovery Insure. Cos there are some staff employed in this division who refuse to be of any assistance and the manager Hannes in charge is for those kind of staff.
