Client Experience Defined

The name is LINDA M in the servicing department....My first call was disastrous and I was ****ed at the service. But then, Linda picked up my call and said let me call you back. Man oh man did the steam fly out the window that exact moment.

Her tone was inviting because she sounded interested in what I want to say, she wanted me to ask question and was breaking them down to the 'T'. We spend 3 days communicating with each other and when she promised to call me back at 3 o'clock, she kept to her word. Take her to the photocopy machine, make 100 copies because she is 101% the girl she thinks she is! Her manager is blessed to have such a gem in their space. Protect her guys...Next time I call and ask for her, it would be great to hear that she is now attending management meetings.

Tell her that I will always notice her voice...that's her impact!
