Clear Score not rectifying their mistake

Discovery listed me with an NEGATIVE result on Clear score, which was not suppose to happen in the first place! 1. How will I be compensated for being negatively affected for more that 8 months already and, 2. Why does it take so long for Discovery to rectify their mistake and clear my profile on Clear Score?
