Clear, easy and friendly service

I want to compliment Discovery Insure and it's staff for a professional experience, good clear contact, and competitive rates. We switched over from a competitor last year after Discovery offered us better rates, and that before the Fuel Rewards which are fantastic. We were assisted by Sipho John Shabangu, who gave us quick and clear contact. Now in our 7th month, we are still impressed by the service we receive. I sent in a request to activate my Excess Funder Account, and had a call from Jolandhran Govender yesterday afternoon, who walked me through it and with whom I had a lekker chat. Compliments all round on this division of Discovery, for friendliness and clear communication. I have not yet had to claim, but trust that it will be a similarly effortless experience if or when I ever should need to.
