Clarity on insurance cover

I got a surprise call from a guy called Kastello Govender,he explained everything to me that I wanted to know about my cover, he was so professional and polite did not let emotions control him.I was was very angry but he kept calm. I wish the company can value this guy because as far as Im concerned he is an asset to be treasured.
