CLAIMS STILL NOT PAID OUT

I would like to bring to your attention the way Discovery has handled our claims for Mr. AS du Toit. We have a broker and during January 2015, we had submitted 3 claims to Discovery on a Policy***. Out of the 3 claims, 1 was completed and the 2 still pending. When enquiring about the other 2 claims, we were told they were being approved and payout in the next couple of days. We are in April and we are still no-where further and when speaking to our Broker, we have been told they mixed up the claims and this is now unacceptable and the vehicles have still not been tended to. We moved our business from Santam to Discovery and no satisfaction. Please advise URGENTLY
